Making a purchase |
Shipping and handling Royal Mail or La Poste recorded delivery services are used, which require a signature on delivery .If this is not convenient , please ask for ‘normal delivery’ at ‘delivery instructions’ box during ‘checkout . Postal charges will be calculated at checkout’ according to weight .You can also ask for a different delivery address to the invoice address . As all the items are unique I will confirm your order by email. You will normally receive your order within 10 to 14 working days, but usually before. |

Returns policy and guarantee If you are not satisfied by your purchase or it is damaged, please email your concerns .By prior arrangement unused goods can be returned within 10 working days of delivery and we will refund your money .I try to photograph each item accurately to display its hand made qualities. Items are only accepted if faulty and at the customers expense and responsibility until the goods are received by Loum .See contacts page. |
